We maintain long-term supply partnerships with high-grade sodium bentonite mines in Jiangxi and neighboring provinces. Each incoming batch undergoes 7-point quality testing — including swelling index, cation exchange capacity (CEC), and impurity content — ensuring the foundation of every organoclay product is consistent.

Our 28,000 m² facility in Yichun, Jiangxi houses fully automated production lines for bentonite activation, quaternary ammonium modification, drying, grinding, and quality testing — all on one site. Vertical integration means we control every step without outsourcing.

Every batch of organoclay undergoes 12-point quality inspection before dispatch — including particle size distribution, moisture content, organic modifier loading, yield point testing, and HTHP rheological testing for oilfield grades. Each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA), MSDS, and TDS.
